SBRN currently offering financial assistance funds to help support those living in New Jersey with Spina Bifida. These funds provide assistance for a wide variety of healthcare and day-to-day needs to help our community to optimize their wellness and live their best lives!
The SBRN Community Fund (CF)
The Community Fund (formerly the DERA Fund) provides one-time reimbursements for general health and basic necessities in response to an urgent or immediate need.
The CF helps individuals with spina bifida from New Jersey with un-reimbursed costs for medical supplies, healthcare services, adaptive equipment, home or car repairs or other basic needs (e.g., food or other supplies) in response to an urgent need. You may apply at any time but you are limited to one time per year.
